Florida State, who the Alabama Crimson Tide will face again in the 2026 college football season, makes a big decision on head coach Mike Norvell.

Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer publicly pushed back Sunday against reports linking him to the vacant Michigan job, saying he has no interest in leaving Tuscaloosa and has not spoken with any other schools.

One prominent head coach has reportedly made his final decision after his name was linked to the Michigan job following Sherrone Moore's firing.

The early signing period for college football between Dec. 3-5 added 13 new players for Alabama State football. Of the 13 signees, seven are from Alabama with the others coming from bordering states like Georgia and Mississippi.
